This book helps you make specific requests for commercial cleaning services easily. Simply write your request down in the book, and it will be reviewed by the cleaning crew on their next visit. Once the request is completed, the crew will sign and date the book, so you know the job is done.
At any time you wish to verbally pass information to the cleaning crew, you may contact our Inside Customer Service Representative by email or phone and they will quickly convey the information. Our representative will also make a follow up call to make sure your request has been handled to your expectations. If you ever wish to meet with our Outside Customer Service Representative to discuss matters further, this can be easily arranged by calling the office and booking an inspection appointment.
